                   A RESOLUTION REFERRING TO THE CHATTANOOGA-
                   HAMILTON COUNTY REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION
                   A PETITION TO RENAME A PORTION OF OLD HIXSON
                   PIKE BETWEEN OLD HIXSON PIKE AND HIXSON PIKE
                   TO NORTHPOINT BOULEVARD, AS SHOWN MORE
                   PARTICULARLY IN THE MAP ATTACHED HERETO AND
                   INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby referred to
       the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission a
       petition to rename a portion of Old Hixson Pike between Old 
Hixson
       Pike and Hixson Pike to Northpoint Boulevard in accordance with
       Chattanooga City Code, Part II, Section 32-197, and as shown more 

       particularly in the map attached hereto and incorporated herein 
by
       reference.
